All orders are processed and packaged with care from Perth, Western Australia. We aim to ensure your order arrives safely, promptly, and in perfect condition. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s journey.

 
 
 
Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • During busy periods (such as new product launches, holidays, or restocks), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • If your order includes pre-order items, it will be shipped once all items are available unless otherwise arranged.

 
 
 
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

We currently ship Australia-wide through Australia Post and other trusted courier services.  Please note that rural or remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

 
 
 
Packaging & Sustainability

 

We’re committed to reducing waste and using eco-conscious materials wherever possible. Your order will arrive in recyclable packaging designed to protect your products while being kind to the environment. All kits are discreetly packaged for your privacy.

 
 
 
Tracking Your Order

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us.

 
 
 
Shipping Delays

 

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to postal service issues, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding. If your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier.

 
 
 
Incorrect Addresses

 

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. New Moon is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If your parcel is returned to us, we can re-ship it to the correct address (additional postage fees may apply).

 
 
 
Lost or Damaged Parcels

 

If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos if applicable. We will liaise with Australia Post or the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
